Guinness Zero, Limited Edition for The Hundred
Limited Edition can designs for Guinness Zero.
As part of my Final Major Project I chose to do the Design Bridge Dog’s Bollocks brief as it gave me the opportunity to produce a piece of work to suitable fit an article from my favourite paper, The Guardian. I had to choose a headline or news story from The Guardian’s 1st January 2020 edition – either digital or print – and deliver a brand-led creative response. One that will prompt real, tangible action. For me one brand of Design Bridge’s that really jumped out at me for it’s iconic design, adverts and stereotypes was Guinness- I knew Guinness had the manly, heavy drink stereotypes behind it for me to be able challenge people’s thoughts of it as a brand and produce a product that people especially the UK audience wouldn’t expect.
YCN New Now, Dishoom
Dishoom Rail Loyalty
Dishoom Rail is the loyalty scheme for Dishoom, using the classes of Indian railway travel to form a tiered system in which guests can gain rewards the higher up the classes they move. Indian Railways have strong design elements, class systems and compliment all the decades in which the Dishoom locations represent as one.

A Fisherman's Truth
Limited Edition Print Book about Brexit and Fisherman
This project is a mocked up example of what I intend for my editorial to look like once hopefully produced post COVID-19. Screen-printing, metal type and dry point prints are intended to be used to produce a limited hand crafted run of my publication. The imagery and text would have originally been my own given the opportunity to speak directly to UK fisherman. I hope to be able to use previously published articles on the subject matter from the Guardian both pre and post Brexit.
